We do require reasonable proof that the bike is yours, such as ownership history, service records, or any other supporting documents. This is an important step we take to ensure we don’t unintentionally purchase stolen bikes.

We base our valuation on the current market value of similar bikes, along with our own trade-in index, which is informed by past transactions. We also consider the original RRP, overall condition, service history, and age of the bike to give you a fair and accurate offer.
Unfortunately, we don’t buy e-bikes that are faulty or not in working condition. We only purchase bikes that are fully functional and in reasonable condition.
