We base our valuation on the current market value of similar bikes, along with our own trade-in index, which is informed by past transactions. We also consider the original RRP, overall condition, service history, and age of the bike to give you a fair and accurate offer.
Unfortunately, we don’t buy e-bikes that are faulty or not in working condition. We only purchase bikes that are fully functional and in reasonable condition.
